Shipping Policy


U.S. orders received by 6:30 pm ET are shipped the next business day the order is placed placed. We pride ourselves on providing fast service at a reasonable price. Our shipping and handling fee is a flat rate. All professional U.S. orders are sent so you receive your orders within 2 – 3 business days. We also offer guaranteed overnight delivery and Saturday overnight delivery at the carrier's published rate rate.


Shipping Rates

For special request overnight courier shipping, customer will be charged an additional amount based upon courier published rate for selected service.

An additional $10.00 charge will be applied to all orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.


Brava Corporation and its affiliates Heat Sensitive Products Shipping & Non-refund PolicyProducts requiring shipment in a cool environment are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature. We have these procedures to ensure customers continue to receive our products in good condition.  Brava recommends that Heat Sensitive Products ship out for overnight delivery. Heat Sensitive Products ordered after 6:30 PM EST Thursday or before 6:30 PM EST on Friday will be shipped out Monday when the customer opts for overnight shipping. Returns will not be allowed on any heat sensitive items.


Terms
Orders may be placed by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Money Order, Cashier’s Check or your personal bank check.   For personal bank check, the order will not ship until our bank has confirmed that the customer’s bank check has cleared.  Mail orders need to be accompanied by a money order, cashier’s check or personal bank check.


Credit terms, quantity discounts,  preferred/repeat customer or senior citizens discounts may also be available; please contact customer service at cs@bravacorp.com to obtain approval.

 

Return Policy - Products
We accept unopened, unmarked bottles in resalable condition of most products within 10 calendar days from date of confirmed delivery to your ship to address. To be fully credited for such returns you must contact us [info@bravacorp.com] for a return authorization number and also please include the Google Checkout Authorization Number, as well as your name and the reason for the return. A restocking fee may be applicable.  Heat-sensitive, Perishable, and "Made to Order" items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all its contents, and contact Customer Service at cs@bravacorp.com immediately with the Google Merchant Checkout Order. We will do all we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible.


Back Orders
If by chance an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will receive you’re an Order Notification that them item is on back order. You will be charged for your back order upon order placement.   If the order is not or cannot be  shipped within 10 days from the date of the Order, you will receive full credit for the purchase.  Alternatively, you have the option to  agree in writing  to wait until the product is available and ready to be shipped. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Representatives to obtain your agreement to either (1) refund the purchase amount if the order cannot be shipped in 10 days from the date of the order or (2) agree to wait up to a 30 day period from the date of the order for the product to become availabile and ready for shipment.


Special Order and "Made to Order" Items
If you order an item from one of our manufacturers that we do not stock, we can special order that item for you. Special Order and "Made to Order" items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

International Orders for US  and UK buyers and non-US and non-UK international buyers
Google Checkout is an online payment system handling credit card processing with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards issued by US and UK banks.   Google Checkout does not offer buyers payment via e-check or electronic bank withdrawal.


Placement of non-US and non-UK orders and purchase
For persons/buyers to place a non-United States and non-United Kingdom order, please contact our Customer Service Dept. at cs@bravacorp.com.  We can make alternative payment options and shipping price options available to you.  So, please contact us if you want to place an order. We are happy to work with you to assure payment and prompt delivery of the item you wish to purchase.
We are not liable for delays or losses due to Customs or Import Taxes. We are not able to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry.  We have found that shipment to non-US and non-UK citizens works best with US Mail; however, we are willing to ship by any other means available and agreed upon.


Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice.


Drop Ship Orders
Drop ship orders to a third party is available.  Products are shipped per our Standard Shipping Rates and Policy, and  shipped so that they arrive within 3-4 business days.  Shipping fees on third party ship orders are $6.50 for orders under $60.00 and $9.00 for orders over $60.00.


No Product Restrictions
Brava Corporation and its affiliates has no product restrictions based upon Professional License or any other restrictions. We are proud to provide more than 12,000 products to our customers.  We currently offer off the shelf and over the counter products to our customers.

General Policy

Confidentiality: Brava Corporation and its affiliates, Brava Nutrition, Brava Psychological Counseling Brava Corporate Psychology Testing Services, and Brava Psychological Testing, Forensic Evaluations, and Forensic Consultation Services are governed by the American Psychological Association (APA)Confidentiality Ethics and Standards of Practice; all fifty States of the United Sattes Professional Licensue regulations for Counselors, Counseling Psychologists, Psychologists, and other Licensed Health Care Professionals statutes and laws; American Counseling Association (ACA) Ethics and Standards of Practice; and the Society for Human Resourc Managment. All information is confidential and remains private in regards to any inquiry, product or service purchased at any time. We do not share your information with anyone or any third party, unless required by state statute or order of Cour. And, we do not sell any information of any kind, including your name, address, phone, emai, credit card or financial information of any kind with any third party.

Psychological Test Administration Services: Brava Corporation and none of its affiliates or associates are selling Psychology Tests, unless purchaser is a verified and approved undergraduate or graduate student utlized for research purposes only.

Brava provides Confidential Pre-test Consultation and Test Administration Services of the test (s) selected by internet, computer or paper/pencil administration in compliance with the Society of Human Resources Managemen (SHRM), the American Psychological Association (APA) Ethics Standard Nine "Testing", and the Test Publisher Manual. The APA Standard Nine "Testing" requires that we obtain a signed standard APA Consent for Psychology Testing form for certain psychology tests posted on the Brava internet sit.e The designated recipient (s) of the Confidential Test Report must be agreed upon and signed in the Consent form before a Confidential Test Report is submitted by either US Mail Certified or eMail to the consented designated recipient or management personnel.

As a Member of the APA, we partner with a world-wide network of fellow APA Members, Certified Test Proctors or Human Resource Managers in the test taker's location to assist only in the administration of tests, included in the price. All test selection, general test administration services, test scoring, test report preparation, and delivery of Confidential Test Report is overseen and handled exclusively by Licensed Counselors, Counseling Psychologists, and Psychologists affiiliated with, employed by or under contract at Brava Psychology Testing Services.

Return Policy – Services and Psychology Testing

We have a non-refundable policy in place for services and all psychological testing.


Certain psychological tests require a signed consent form pursuant to the American Psychology Association APA Testing Ethics and Standards.  All psychological tests are administered pursuant to the APA Testing Ethics and Standards, the test publisher manual, and all Professional License rules and regulations for psychology testing.
