How do Back Packs address the root causes of back pain?

One key is controlling the natural contraction and relaxation of the muscles that influence the spine. Another key is supporting optimal neurological actions of the motor neurons which control muscle function.

Consider that if the body is deficient in the nutrients required to stop muscles from uncontrollably contracting and stressing the structure of the lower back and spine, that no other therapy could possibly end the cycle of pain and injury associated with most back pain conditions. And since it is nearly impossible to achieve, through diet alone, the optimal levels of the minerals, electrolytes and other key nutrients required to support the needs of most physically active individuals, the only solution is proper supplementation. Daily supplementation with Back Packs can not only provide relief from back pain quickly, they can prevent it from recurring.

Back  Packs™ - Back Pain Support Packets

Back Pain Support Packets  are a new and revolutionary approach to the complications of physical and stress-induced back pain, a condition that plagues everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors.

Back Packs are designed to optimize core musculoskeletal physiology so as to limit stresses on the spine and associated tissues that may lead to back pain and injury. Unlike almost all other common back pain therapies today, Back Packs do not just address the pain and/or inflammation associated with the condition, but instead they deal with underlying foundational causes, at the tissue level, that often ultimately lead to injuries and the resultant pain and inflammation.

Uses for Back  Pain Packs:

• Acute Muscle Spasm & Pain

• Chronic Back Pain

• Chronic Muscle Spasm & Pain

• Loss of Flexibility

Myofascial Pain Syndrome(Trigger Points)

What is in Back Packs?

Back Packs contain quality standardized herbal extracts, such as valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), passion flower (Passiflora incarnate), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), and skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia), all safe nervine botanicals known for their relaxant properties.

They include the fully chelated minerals and electrolytes di-magnesium malate and di-calcium malate. Also, potassium glycinate and potassium bicarbonate are included. All are involved in nerve transmission, muscular contraction and relaxation responses toprovide further comprehensive support for back pain, muscle spasm and myofascial trigger points. Omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA from the highest quality and pure fish oils, support optimal fatty acid tissue composition, resulting in more compliant and less inflammatory and painful tissues.

Suggested Dosage:

Start with one pack per day, preferably divided into three doses of capsules/softgel, taking each divided dose with a meal. Recommended initial dosing is divided as some individuals may experience softening of the stool and/or increased bowel movements due to the magnesium content and muscle relaxation effects. Eventually most individuals will tolerate taking a full packet at one time. During more severe pain episodes two packs per day may be required. If this is necessary, work up to two packets per day more slowly and be sure to divide the capsules in each packet and take no more than two or three at a time, spreading the dose out over the course of a full day. One packet per day is an adequate maintenance dose.
