True beauty at any age is radiant health!
GSH is a powerful water-soluble anti-oxidant found in all cells of our body. GSH is a tri peptide; it consists of three amino acid: cystein, glycine, and glutamic acid. It is important in cellular respiration, the process in which a cell breaks down sugar or other organic compounds to release energy used for cellular work.
GSH is the most important antioxidant that our cells produce. It is critical in cells' defense against age related inflammation-generating fee radicals and oxidative stress. Whenever a cell is under severe oxidative stress, Glutathione comes to the rescue.
Glutathione is so effective in preventing inflammation in the body that it is being used to treat people who suffer from the high levels of inflammation and body waste resulting from HIV infections.
GSH is an important detoxifying agent, enabling the body to eliminate toxins and poisons. It regulates and regenerates our immune cells; and it protects enzyme proteins that inhibit collagen-digestion enzymes. These enzymes cause damage to the skin, leading to wrinkles or scars in the area of acne lesions.
GSH is required for the smooth functioning of all cells in the body: protein synthesis, amino acid transport, recycling of other antioxidants. And, it works synergistically with to rise the levels of Vitamin C, E, CoQ10.
These antioxidants all work together like musicians in a symphony, enhancing one another's power -- a network of antioxidants. Vitamin C and E are not produced in the body.
Glutathione, Alpha Lipoic Acid and CoQ-10 are produced by the body, but levels of these antioxidants decline as we age. This is why we need to supplement all of them.
